A - Location File 2022-2023
Introduction
The Location file contains information about districts with an OSPI assigned County-District Code. Each school with enrolled students in those districts is reported using the OSPI assigned school code. Additional district and school information is collected through the Education Data System (EDS) Profile. The Location file is necessary to link data between the other CEDARS files.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for an analysis of report results in cases where the report does not return the correct records.
School Selection
The report selects records from the [Schools] table that are not excluded from state reporting.

Scheduling | Select Schedule to run the report on a specific date and time. The default selection is "Run Now." |
