State Reporting 20.11.2.0 Release Notes

Minimum PowerSchool SIS version required to install SR 20.11.2.0.
Before installing SR 20.11.2.0, verify that you are running one of the following versions of PowerSchool SIS.
- PowerSchool SIS 19.4.5.3
- PowerSchool SIS 19.11.2.4
- PowerSchool SIS 20.4.5.2
- PowerSchool SIS 20.11.0.0

PSSR-247685 | Provide Solution to Identify SFTP Errors to Districts | A link has been added (Scheduled Extract Status) on the Tennessee Education Information System (EIS) page Maintenance tab. Clicking on the link opens the Scheduled Extract Status page. The Scheduled Extract Status page displays the status of the Scheduled Extracts runs ordered by start time in descending order. The status displays the start time, end time, and status. The statuses can be navigated using the back and next buttons. Each Scheduled Extract run status will have an Extracts button. Clicking the Extract button will display the status of each extract that was processed during the Scheduled Extract run. The start time, end time, and status of each extract processed will be displayed. Each Scheduled Extract run status may have a Transmissions button. The Transmissions button will not appear if the generated extract files do not contain any records. Clicking on the Transmissions button will display the status of SFTP'ing the extract files. There will normally be two files transmitted per Scheduled Extract run. One batch file containing the extract records generated by the audit based extracts (015, 016, 021 022) and one batch file containing the extract records of the non-audit based extracts There could also be transmissions for extract files that did not transmit on previous Scheduled Extracts runs or extract files manually generated. The Transmissions status page will show the start time, end time, and status of the SFTP for each extract file transmitted. |
PSSR-240971 | Student Digital Equity and Learning Preference Tracking Available in the Public Portal | A new page is now available (if enabled) in the public portal that will enable parents and guardians to enter learning preference and digital equity data for their student or students. The Comment field is not visible when a parent/guardian is creating a record but it will the following string will get saved for any record created in the public portal:
Additionally, if a parent/guardian has entered a Digital Equity & Learning Preference record previously and they create a new record, the above elements that are marked with an asterisk will be pre-populated based on the values in the existing (previous) record. |
