Create Audit Based Extract File (015, 016, 022)

The "Create Audit Based Extract File" functions allows a user to preview and generate an extract based on an audit history. Currently the extracts configured for auditing are the 015, 016 and 022 school day extracts. Audit based extracts generate data based on the current term year the user is logged into and do not rely on the "Set Current Term Year" maintenance function. Audit based extracts do not use the StateEventQueue. Audit based extracts can be previewed by selecting the extract type, school and then clicking the Preview button. Audit based extracts are extracted by selecting the extract, school and clicking submit. The "Extract ALL DATABASE RECORDS" option will generate any expected delete records and a complete set of new records for the selected extract type. The "Initial Upload" option will not generate any delete records that may have been queued and only generate new records.

1. On the Start page, click Special Functions. The Special Functions page appears.
2. Click Interfaces to other systems. The Interfaces to Other Systems page appears.
3. Click TennesseeEducation InformationSystem(EIS). The Tennessee Education Information System (EIS) page appears.
4. Click the Extract tab.
5. Click Create Audit Based Extract File (015, 016, 022)
6. Select the desired extract(s) and functions.
7. Click Submit.
8. Click the View EIS Upload Files link on the Extract tab to view the extract file.
