PSSR-300225All States/Provinces: Digital Equity & Learning Preferences - API Updates

Validations to allow alphanumeric characters are added for all Digital Equity and Learning Preference fields, enabling the values inserted via API to be visible in the Digital Equity and Learning Preferences UI.

PSSR-300948TN - BOY 22-23 Requirements: District Selection for Immunization Data

The new field “Reporting Immunization and Waiver Data “is added to the District Setup>District Info UI page with drop-down values Health Module and Student Pages.

PSSR-300949TN - BOY 22-23 Requirements: EIS 041 will not report New Immunization and Waiver Fields.

041 Extract has been updated to not report the new Immunizations Record on File and Waivers fields. The fields are available in the UI and not for the extract.

PSSR-304337TN - Extract changes 44, 62 for GIFT classification and VO Staff assignment
  1. For the years 2022 - 2023, GIFT classification information is excluded from the 044 Extract generation.
  2. For the years 2022 - 2023, VO Staff Assignment has been enabled in the drop-down values and will be available in Extract 62. This was disabled in the 2018-2019 school year.
PSSR-298357TN- BOY 2022-23- Extract 46 uses Incident Management for State reporting. No more Logs for Discipline

Extract 46 will report Discipline only from Incident Management 2022-2023 onwards.

This reporting for 2021-2022 will be based on the Reporting Discipline option on the District info page.

PSSR-302749Updates in IM Codes and Sub codes

The following behavior codes have been updated to remove the '^' symbol, indicating that these are no longer state-reportable.

  • School Violation
  • SchoolCodeofConduct

A new Sub-code “NONE” has been added for the “In School Suspension” Action.
