Ed-Fi Unique ID Status

This view does not have a corresponding Ed-Fi resource but captures the current status of student Ed-Fi Unique IDs. Whenever student data are published to the state ODS, the Ed-Fi process checks for the presence of a Student Unique ID, and automatically request a new ID for any student who is missing one.

For each student enrolled in the district in the current year, the layout provides the School Name, Student Number, Student Name, Gender, Grade Level, Ed-Fi Unique ID, Status, Last Publish Date, and the Publishing ID. The Status column displays one of the following: Unassigned, Still Requesting, or the State Student Number for IDs that have been assigned.
