Unique Person ID Status

This view does not have a corresponding Ed-Fi resource, but captures the current status of Staff Unique IDs. Whenever staff data are published to the state ODS, the Ed-Fi process checks for the presence of a Staff Unique ID, and automatically request a new ID for any staff member who is missing one.

For each staff member in the district in the current year, the layout provides the School Name, Teacher Number, Staff Name, Date of Birth, Stakeholder ID, Unique Person ID, Status, Last Publish Date, and the Publishing ID. The Status column displays one of the following: Unassigned, Still Requesting, or the Unique Person ID for assigned Staff IDs.
