Errors and Issues Encountered with the TN04 Report

Errors and issues that can be encountered with the TN04 report are as follows:

• End of month membership does not match the TN13 End of Month Membership report.
• ADM and ADA are too low.
• ADM and ADA are too high.
• Grade N student category shows end of month membership total but no ADA or ADM.
• There is an end of month total, but the ADA and ADM show zero.
• There is an end of month total, and the ADA and ADM are both greater than 100%.
• End of month membership is incorrect when compared against a check of all active students on the last day of the reporting cycle.
• Net enrollment is not correct.
