Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0

Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes:

• Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record.
• Added second email address.
• Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert.
• Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table.
• Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields.
• Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.

Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4

The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.

While creating School->Additional School days to report, the fields whocreated, whomodified, and whenmodified populate with correct values in table S_ADDITIONAL_DAYS_S.

Ed-Fi Framework: Student records were being removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked as excluded. This issue is now resolved.

Audit Extract 049 is now reporting a new attendance type of D for students who have an attendance code linked to a D or DL category. This meets TDOE's new requirement for Attendance Code of D: Distance Learning/Virtual Classrooms. Attendance Code Category 'D' or 'DL' should be used for the Distance Learning/Virtual Classrooms for the 2020-21 School Year.

Note: For correct calculation, the "Exclude From Attendance" checkbox should be checked on the Section page for the section which excludes from attendance.

Updated the TN DCF 046 flow for Incident management.

Updated the TN EIS 046 for Incident management fields.

Legacy report, Preliminary School Report - Grades PK-12, has been removed.

The following field length limitations are introduced in the fields as required for the extracts:

Previous Middle Name= 15 characters

Previous Last Name = 25 characters

Fixed the issue where the User was not able to create the new 2022 fields, FederalFunding, LocalFunding, and OtherFunding, at the District level.
