EIS Extracts
The Tennessee extract process uses a transactional model for reporting, meaning that when an event occurs, such as changing a student's grade level, a record of the change is stored in the [StateEventQueue] table in the PowerSchool database. Changes to data are recorded as they occur, so that all changes are reported, rather than just the state of the data on a particular date (snapshot).
Extracts are listed in the following table. This table includes the following elements:
- Extract # – Number of the extract as seen in PowerSchool.
- Report Name – Name of the report as seen in PowerSchool.
- Description – The purpose of the report.
Due Date / Cycle – The timeframe during which the report is submitted to the state.
