021 – Instructional Program Report Period
Introduction
This extract includes a record for each reporting segment set up at the school level, used to determine instructional program report periods.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
- The school data is only reported for the Primary school and will not report from the Alternative School Number, except when the school number is invalid and the alternate school number (ASN) is populated and does not match another school number in the district. In this case, the ASN is reported as the School ID. For more information, see the School ID data element in the table below.
- Instructional program report periods are not reported for schools that are excluded from state reporting.
