022 – School Days
Introduction
This extract includes a record for each school day in the calendar for the current school year. The 022 is an Audit based extract.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
- The school data is only reported for the Primary school and will not report from the Alternative School Number, except when the school number is invalid and the alternate school number (ASN) is populated and does not match another school number in the district. Then the ASN is reported as the School ID. See the School ID data element in the table below for more information.
