Dual Credit Challenge Exam Download History

The "Dual Credit Challenge Exam Download History" link brings up the history page which has a list of all download (Import) attempts based on the import timestamp. Each timestamp displays a count of the number of "Good Records" or records that successfully imported as test results against student records and "Bad Records" or records that were unable to be imported into student records. Clicking on the timestamp will take the user to the Dual Credit Import Errors page.

The Dual Credit Import Errors page displays details for each record that failed to import. The detail for each record in error includes the time of attempted import, the error message, the student's first and last name, the student's state student number and the full string of import text.

Note: Students with blank exam scores will not import a test result and will appear in the error history. The full string of imported data is available for review. Other errors that generally occur are no matching state student number or no state student number provided.

1. On the Start page, click Special Functions. The Special Functions page appears.
2. Click Interfaces to other systems. The Interfaces to Other Systems page appears.
3. Click Tennessee Education Information System (EIS).
4. Click the Import tab.
5. Click Dual Credit Challenge Exam Download History.
6. Click an Import Date to view the error records for the import.
