Skip Level Logic has been implemented on the below-mentioned criteria:

ENRL Elements:

• Overall Student Enrollment – English Learners (EL) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-2a: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - All EL Students

  • ENRL-2b: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - EL Students in Programs

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (IDEA) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3a: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – IDEA

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (Section 504 Only) equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3b: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – Section 504 Only

Permission Levels:

Group Default: The user inherits the default permissions assigned to other members of the group.

• No Access: The user does not see the DEX page options.

• Read-Only: The user can view the DEX pages, navigate to them, and review. However, they cannot modify the data.

• Edit: The user has full access to all the DEX pages, including the ability to republish and delete records.

The encryption method for Dual Credit Import credentials has been upgraded to a new, more secure encryption technique.

Ed-Fi: Remove StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation records stuck in processing

Disabling the studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation resource with PSSR-372895 did not remove existing published records, causing them to become stuck in processing.

To resolve this, a one-time script has been introduced to delete these records that were stuck in processing.

Ed-Fi: Student Cohort and Cohort Association Resource

The Student Cohort and Student Cohort Association resources have been added to the Ed-Fi implementation for TN. These elements derive their values from the Student CTSO Page. If no value is present on the Student CTSO Page, these resources will not be published for the student. Currently, the Cohort Type descriptor in the Student Cohort Association defaults to "Other".

Ed-Fi: Update to Student Edu ID Search Results view

A new column showing the Student’s Legacy ID or State Student Number was added to the EduID search results table. When generating a new EduID, the system searches for existing records using student parameters such as First Name, Last Name, DOB, and Gender. Matching records are displayed in the search results, allowing users to select an existing EduID or create a new one. This new column helps districts identify existing EduIDs and reduce duplicates.
