All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 25.3.0.1

The minimum supported version on the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.3.0.1 or later. For details, refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

All States/Provinces: NCEA - 2025-26 NCEA Updates

The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 2025-26 school year are now available. These include the following:

• The Diagnosed Disability field on the Student Information for NCEA Reporting has been updated to a multi-select. Users will now be able to select multiple disabilities.

• A new question has been added: Early childhood Education center (not directly affiliated with another school). This question is available on the School Information for NCEA Reporting page, and the field’s name is eccenter_tf.

• NCEA Report Version - 25.9.3.0

  • The report now includes these 2 questions:

    • How many students are Hispanic/Latino or Hispanic/Latino and some other race?

      • The logic for the output would be if a student has the Ethnicity question - Is the student Hispanic or Latino? marked as yes, then the student will be counted for this question.

      • The sum of the number of students fulfilling this criterion will be included in the report output.

    • How many professional staff are Hispanic/Latino or Hispanic/Latino and some other race?

      • The logic for the output would be if a student has the Ethnicity question - Is the staff member Hispanic or Latino? marked as yes, then the student will be counted for this question.

      • The sum of the number of staff fulfilling this criterion will be included in the report output.

  • The Diocese and the School Summary reports include a new column called Multiple Diagnosed Disabilities in the CSV file and a new row in the PDF report output. The student will be counted if the student has more than one value in the Diagnosed Disability field.

  • The Diocese PDF file, line item including the Number of Schools with a board, commission or council by type has been updated to segregate the output based on Elementary and Secondary Schools.

All States/Provinces: Updates to the Attendance Change History Report

Attendance Change History Report - v1.4

The following updates are now available for the Attendance Change History Report:

• The IP address parameter has been renamed to Enter IP Addresses, and it will accept multiple IP addresses.

• Multiple IP addresses must be comma-separated.

• The parameter is now a text box.

• Report output now filters Grade Levels based on the specified start and end dates, instead of evaluating all grade levels.

• The Select Period parameter will now show every period available for the selected school.

• The Select Who modified parameter will now show every user available for the selected school.

• The Selected Changed From/To Attendance Code Values parameters will now show up for every attendance code available for the school.

Discipline Incident Letter Report - v1.6

The following updates have been implemented for the Discipline Incident Letters:

• The Discipline Incident Letter Report has been updated to include the Principal’s Signature in the report output. Districts will have the ability to upload the Principal’s Signature from the Incident Letter Template creation/edit page.

• The Discipline Incident Letter Report will now include Board Policy Violations associated with the Behavior.

The display issue with the 'Publish All' button on the student publishing page, which briefly appeared at the top before disappearing, has been fixed.

Ed-Fi Framework: Removed PUBLISH ERRORS Option from the Run Now Button

The “PUBLISH ERRORS” option has been removed from both the Run Now and Run All features on the dashboard. To enhance clarity and simplicity, we have retained the “RETRY ERRORS” functionality, which now encompasses the capabilities of the former PUBLISH ERRORS. This means that if users wish to address errors even after certain number of days, the system will re-gather data to ensure its accuracy before re-running the processing.

The Enrollments and Demographics resource category publishing logic has been optimized to enhance the time taken for processing. This improvement ensures slightly faster data processing when accessing or managing enrollment and demographic information.

New Student Special Education Information Report

A new report titled Student Special Education Information Report has been introduced under the TN Miscellaneous Reports section on the Compliance Report page. This report enables districts and schools to view a list of students with an active IEP during the school year, using data imported from TNPulse. It supports filtering by date range and includes key student and special education details. Currently, the report is available for CSV download only.

Update to Student EduID Review Candidate List page

Birth City, Birth State, and State Student Number have been added to the Review Candidate List page to support quicker verification of student records. This page appears immediately after requesting an EduID from a student's profile. The new fields have been displayed below the page title and styled consistently with existing elements, allowing users to make informed decisions without navigating to other screens.

Ed-Fi - SSN/PIN removed from Staff and Student Ed-Fi Resources

To align with TNDOE compliance requirements and prevent validation errors, SSN and PIN values have been removed from Ed-Fi publishing for both students and staff. These identifiers had previously been included in the studentIdentificationCodes array within the StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation and Staff resources, but are no longer sent as part of the data submission.
