CRDC Report Update

The CRDC report did not include counts for the following categories: Attending an Alternative School, Zero Tolerance, Referred to Law Enforcement, and Offenses. These fields were configured to allow manual data entry by customers, rather than generating data automatically based on logic.

The CRDC loader generation report has been updated by removing the need for manual data entry for the following discipline categories in the CRDC school file. These categories will now be calculated based on data from incidents for the School PDF File, School audit file, and the school CSV:

• OFFN-1: Offenses - Number of Incidents

• ARRS-2: Students without Disabilities – Referred to Law Enforcement

• ARRS-3: Students with Disabilities – Referred to Law Enforcement

• ARRS-5: Students without Disabilities – School-Related Arrest

• ARRS-6: Students with Disabilities – School-Related Arrest

• DISC-13b: Discipline of Students without Disabilities – Transfer to Alternative School

• DISC-14b: Discipline of Students with Disabilities – Transfer to Alternative School

• DISC-17: Discipline of Students without Disabilities - Expulsion Under Zero-Tolerance Policies

• DISC-18: Discipline of Students with Disabilities - Expulsion Under Zero-Tolerance Policies

Ed-Fi: UpdatedMapping for Sections Resource

Updates have been made to the Programs collection inside Sections resource to publish post-secondary institution data for LDC and DE courses. This will be based on the values selected in the Section page.

The StudentEducationOrganizationAssociations resource is updated to include CTSO chapter ID and membership Id in the studentidentification codes array.

The name spaces of sextype (Gender), stateabbreviationdescriptor, and countrydescriptor are removed. Gender will now correctly publish as M or F based on the Gender mentioned in the Student Demographics page.

The mapping for educationOrganizationId has been updated in Cohorts and student Cohort Association to populate the school ID instead of the district ID.

Added mapping for OrderOfAssignment and FullTimeEquivalency in staffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociations.These fields are now mapped to the Federal Funding, State/Local Funding, and Other Funding fields on the Staff Assignment page.

• Federal Funding:

  • If a value is entered for Federal Funding, OrderOfAssignment will be set to 1.

  • The entered value will be published in FullTimeEquivalency.

• State/Local Funding:

  • If a value is entered for State/Local Funding, OrderOfAssignment will be set to 2.

  • The entered value will be published in FullTimeEquivalency.

• Other Funding:

  • If a value is entered for Other Funding, OrderOfAssignment will be set to 3.

  • The entered value will be published in FullTimeEquivalency.

• Priority Handling:

  • If values are entered for all three funding fields, OrderOfAssignment and FullTimeEquivalency will be published in the priority order: Federal Funding, State/Local Funding, and Other Funding.
