PSSR-415454 | Ed-Fi: Improved Handling of Student Section Deletes in Ed-Fi Processing | An issue has been resolved where deletes were not being sent to the ODS for previously published Student Section Ed-Fi records when a student was unenrolled from a section. This resulted in orphaned records and primarily affected no-show students, though it could also occur for regular enrollments. With this update, deletes are now correctly processed and sent to the ODS whenever student section enrollment dates fall outside the student’s school enrollment dates. Previously, these records were removed from the SIS interface but remained in the ODS, causing data inconsistencies. This fix ensures that deletions occur in both systems as expected. The update applies to all scenarios, including no-show students. |
