Copying TN Extended Fields on Sections

  • This feature copies over the section TN extended fields as they were set in the previous year, if the section information is the same.
  • This feature runs at the school level
  • This feature must be run after Copying the Master Schedule is done.
  • A new option Section Extended Fields Data Copy is added in District Info >TN State Information to copy TN Extended Section attributes after the Master Schedule is copied to the new year. Fill out the parameters and complete action for the selected school.
    • Navigation: Start page > District Setup > TN Copy Section Extended Fields.
