Recreate Section/Staff Transactions

The "Recreate Section/Staff Transactions" function extracts section and staff member data for specific sections and staff records. This functions checks for any section or staff member record with a "Recreate" flag set on the section's or staff member's page. The selected data is added to the state event queue for processing the next time the selected 030, 031, or 063 (section) extracts and/or the 060, 062, or 063 (staff) extracts are extracted.
