Release Note

All States: System CRDC 2021-2022 Report- Multiple Schools with identical SCH ID Calculation Update

CRDC Report (2021-2022) Version: 1.4

The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

WIDA Assessments - Data Transfer To Extended Table

A Process was created to copy the data from the WIDAassessment table to the S_TN_STU_X table for exporting Student’s assessment data through Auto Send.

Ed-Fi Framework: Order Codeset Dropdowns

The drop-down menu to choose the codeset on the Codeset Mapping and Codeset Mapping pages is now listed alphabetically, resolving the confusion for users.

CRDC (2021-2022) LEA Report

The CRDC Report for the LEA field now accurately reflects the student enrollment figures, resolving the issue where an incorrect value was displayed for SSPR-1 Count of Students. This discrepancy was due to the presence of numerous duplicate student entries in the CRDC Student Audit file.

Incident Management -Create Quick Incident

Updated the logic to display the sub-codes for Action Attribute in the incident record creation process for students using Create Quick Incident.

CRDC (2021-2022)

The issue involving S2 Block Scheduled Classes not appearing on the CRDC Report has been resolved. When a section is flagged as Block Scheduled and the Spring Count date is used, the report should pull any sections based on the CRDC subject settings. However, the report was not pulling the student counts for S2 classes that are flagged as block scheduled under the applicable category. The S1 sections were being correctly pulled, but the S2 sections were not showing as flagged in the Student Audit when the report was run with the Spring Count data. This behavior was inconsistent with the expected results.
