Disabling Publishing of Student Contacts to Ed-Fi
If your district does not want to send student contact information to Ed-Fi, use the following procedure to disable student contacts.
- Sign into the District Office.
- Under Setup , click System. The System Administrator page appears.
- Under Data Exchange, click Resource Configuration. The Resource Configuration page appears.
- Deselect Student Contact Relationship and Student Contact.
- Click Submit.
- Navigate to the Ed-Fi Dashboard. Notice that the student contact information is removed from the dashboard.
- Click Run Now for Student Contacts.
- Click Publish All.
- Click Submit.
