Disabling Publishing of Student Contacts to Ed-Fi

If your district does not want to send student contact information to Ed-Fi, use the following procedure to disable student contacts.

  1. Sign into the District Office.
  2. Under Setup , click System. The System Administrator page appears.
  3. Under Data Exchange, click Resource Configuration. The Resource Configuration page appears.
  4. Deselect Student Contact Relationship and Student Contact.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Navigate to the Ed-Fi Dashboard. Notice that the student contact information is removed from the dashboard.
  7. Click Run Now for Student Contacts.
  8. Click Publish All.
  9. Click Submit.
