EL ADM

Introduction

This report provides information about Average Daily Membership (ADM) for EL Program students from grade levels K-12 enrolled in the school during the reporting period. The reporting period selected at report runtime must be mapped to a reporting segment via Start Page, School Setup, Reporting Segments. In-session school days must have the In Sess checkbox selected via Start Page, School Setup, Calendar Setup.

This report is part of the Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) Validation and the report is available under the TISA Validation Reports section on the State Reporting tab.

The students can be from any of the following English language backgrounds:

EL Direct Service (L) ADM
EL Waived Services (W) ADM
EL Transition Year 1 (T1) ADM
EL Transition Year 2 (T2) ADM
ULN numbers (2,4, and 5) stored in the IEP table

The ADM is calculated for students based on the above-mentioned English language backgrounds.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects records from the [Students] and [Reenrollments] tables based on the following criteria:

The student must be enrolled an EL Program in the school during the reporting period selected at report runtime.
The student must have a grade level of 0 (K), 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12.
Attendance is only calculated for sections in which the student is enrolled that are not marked Exclude from Attendance.

Field	Description
Select Schools	Choose one of the following: Select Multiple Schools – Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
Report Period	Select the reporting period from the drop-down list that contains the following values: First Second Third Fourth Fifth Sixth Seventh Eighth Ninth
Reporting Type	Select from the following options: School Summary Report Student Report
