The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

• Updated staff and student data collection.

• A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

• The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

• NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

Ed- Fi: Logic Update for Staff Unique ID

The processing of State Unique ID (EduID) has been updated to ensure that there is no dependency on the Staff Unique ID within Ed-Fi Staff resources after a new Ed-Fi profile is created.

Ed-Fi: Update studentEducationOrganizationAssociations in V5

The Student State Number is now correctly mapped to the identificationCode in the current update, addressing the issue where it was not landing in the ODS. This update also includes the reintroduction of the mapping and any necessary descriptor updates. This request was made by districts needing the state student number available at state level for other downstream requirements.

Whenever districts encounter 403 error, the message is now correctly displayed.

Ed-Fi Framework: Updates to Start Time on Finished Completed Queues

The Start Time of the Finished Completed Queues wasn’t showing the correct time that the record was started. This has been fixed to show the proper start time to give an accurate log.

The grade level descriptors for Pre-K Students have been updated from preschool/Pre-Kindergarten to P3 and P4 in the Student Schools resource.

Staff Employment Error 400 Unable to resolve value 'Tenured or permanent' to an existing EmploymentStatusDescriptor resource is now resolved with a Code Set Mapping category for Employment Status Descriptor. Users will be able to map local staff status values to the state descriptors in TN or Full or Part-Time.
