PSSR-242192TN - 049 (Audit) - New Attendance Category for Distance Learning

Audit Extract 049 is now reporting a new attendance type of D for students who have an attendance code linked to a D or DL category. This meets TDOE's new requirement for Attendance Code of D: Distance Learning/Virtual Classrooms. Attendance Code Category 'D' or 'DL' should be used for the Distance Learning/Virtual Classrooms for the 2020-21 School Year.

Note: For correct calculation, the "Exclude From Attendance" checkbox should be checked on the Section page for the section which excludes from attendance.

PSSR-251861TN - Large Districts - Instructional Service Period Blank For Delete Records

Instructional Service Period is now available for Delete Records.

PSSR-251163TN - Multiple 'Non-Lunch Related Classification' Created When Clicking Back Button for New Records

Enhanced the user experience when creating a new entry. Now redirecting to the home page after they save on the 'Non-Lunch Related Classification' page.

PSSR-253235Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal

A district-level pref is now available to enable the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry in the Public Portal. The pref is disabled by default.

This pref can be found on the following page for all states/provinces.
Path: Start Page> District Info > Miscellaneous.

PSSR-253137Security Update - Digital Equity and Learning Preferences Public Portal Data Collection

A security update has been made to the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data collection functionality in the public portal and now records can only be seen and modified for the student tied to the guardian that is logged in.
