Selection Criteria for the TN11 Report

The following selection criteria can be used as a check list to search for problems with the TN11 Roster of Graduates report:

• The student must be enrolled in grade 12 at this time. The report should pick up students in grades less than 12. This is a known issue for future correction.
• The student's document type on the Tennessee Student Information page must match the diploma type chosen at report runtime.
• The student's Completion Document Date on the Tennessee Student Information page must match the date of graduation entered at report runtime.
• The date must exactly match, for example, if 5/30/2012 was entered for the student, then 5/30/2012 must be entered when running the report, not 05/30/2012 or 5/30/12. The date issue is considered a known issue to be corrected.
