PSSR-370953	Collapsed View of WBL Experience Sections Hide Validations	The collapse issue when validation message triggers has been fixed.
PSSR-371751	Ed-Fi: Attendance Stuck in Processing Error ORA-01722: invalid number	The processing records were stuck due to one or more bad records. It should either not publish the record or provide a clearer definition of what is causing the record to fail. As part of this ticket we fixed bad data related to EventDuration. It will go to error, instead of blocking others to publish.
PSSR-375109	Ed-Fi: Survey Updates	Numeric response value has to be between 0 and 100 to publish data in Ed-Fi survey related resources.
PSSR-376904	Published Location Resource Not Getting Deleted	Previously published location resources were not deleted when a user modifies section data in the system after updating the "Where taught" value for a section in a school and saving the changes. Triggered delete event for the old Room when room names change.
PSSR-370335	SC EdFi: Transcripts Taking 40+ Hours to Publish	Updated the Transcripts resource to minimize the performance issues.
PSSR-361880	WBL Experience is Not Allowing to Blank the Values (Add Clear Button)	The WBL Experience feature now prevents users from clearing or blanking values, whereas previously, users could clear values for all WBLs when the WBL Experience was blank. Currently, attempting to clear or blank values results in an error message, “Missing required field.” To reproduce this issue, log in as an admin, select a student, navigate to the Work Based Learning page, input values for a WBL, save the changes, and then attempt to clear or blank the selected fields. The expected behavior is for users to be able to clear or blank values when the WBL Experience is blank.
PSSR-375072	WBL Page Mandatory Field Validation Missing	The WBL page has been updated with validation to be triggered if a user attempts to update a non-mandatory field and submits the form without entering values in the required fields.
