In the V7 Ed-FI Profile, the optional elements of the student academic Honors array were being incorrectly considered mandatory causing errors when publishing Student Academic Record, if those elements did not have a value associated. This has been fixed with this release.

Ed-Fi: Student Program Resource Updates

1. When a previously published record is manually re-published in Ed-Fi, any associated Student Program Enrollment that has been deleted in the system will now be automatically removed during this process. This ensures that the manually published data accurately reflects the current state of the system.

2. Updating a student record will now result in the deletion of the old student record. Upon manual re-publishing, the updated student record will be published. This improvement ensures that any changes to student records are consistently and accurately reflected upon re-publishing.

EFA Code Entry Updates

The EFA Code Entry record and the EFA History record are updated with an additional code of VOC 2 in the EFA Primary code set. A validation is added to prevent VOC 2 code selection if the student has an EFA Primary code of VOC at some point in the first semester.

PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) Framework Update

In 24.5.2.0, we released a feature to improve the performance of data staging in the PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) framework. This caused a failure to process arrays and resulted in unexpected behavior when publishing records. For details, refer to May 2024 (SR_24.5.2.0) Emerging Issue. Therefore, this feature has been disabled.

SC02 - SC_EFA_EIA_EXTRACT Data is Missing

During troubleshooting for data missing from the 135 Day submission, it was discovered that 135-day extracts selected for funding had SC_EFA_EIA_Header records without corresponding records in the SC_EFA_EIA_EXTRACT table. The district mentioned not running the SC30 Delete Mem and Att Extracts report which would have removed the header record.
