PSSR-369504	Ed-Fi: Career Readiness Assessment Selection Criteria Update	Updated Selection Criteria for students' Career Readiness Assessments being published to Ed-Fi. These are published in the Assessment Customization array element in the StudentAssessmentRegistration resource. Student Selection by 9GR Value: Students will be selected based on the 9GR value. For the current year, students with S_SC_STU_X.NinthGrade Code = 23 will be included. For the next year, the 9GR value will be YearID – 11. Grade 12 Active Records: Students with either S_SC_STU_X.CR_Grade12_Fall or CR_Grade12_Spring checked The existing check for Grade 11 is now removed. Districts need to republish after the release for records to generate with the updated selection criteria.
PSSR-364607	Ed-Fi: Changes to Career Readiness Assessment Rostering	Updates have been made to Career Readiness Assessment Rostering data mapping as per SCDE guidelines.
PSSR-365558	Ed-Fi: Update to Transcripts	The State Reporting Code has been updated to handle the /diplomaAwardDate (YYYY-MM-DD) field more effectively. Previous Behavior: The year value was appended with 06-01 regardless of whether it contained non-numeric characters, which could lead to incorrect date formats and dependencies in Ed-Fi when publishing Transcripts. Updated Behavior: Only if the year is a 4-digit numeric value, it is appended with 06-01 to ensure the correct date format. If the year contains non-numeric characters, it is not appended and converted to a date format. This will display an error when publishing to ODS, allowing the customer to correct the data.
PSSR-357880	SC Ed-Fi : Multiple Subjects Descriptor	The SNT All Domains is now correctly mapped to the Multiple Subjects descriptor.
PSSR-354167	SC Ed-Fi Enhancement - Publish Selection - New Data Publishing Option Added	A new Data Publishing option, Publish Selection, has been added to the Ed-Fi dashboard. This feature allows users to publish records for a specific selection of students.
PSSR-367940	SC Ed-Fi: Academic Assistance Indicator on the Student Demographics Resource	The Academic Assistance Indicator on the Demographics resource has been updated to ensure it publishes values for a student regardless of the school they are enrolled in. Previously, for students with multiple enrollments, the indicator was only publishing a value from the first school. Now, the indicator is student-specific rather than school-specific. This means that the system will publish the value present on the Academic Assistance in the Current Status section of a student’s Add-on Weightings page.
PSSR-366639	SC28 Add On Weightings Report Update for Dual Credit	The SC28 Add On Weightings Report has been updated to display a 0 instead of a blank for Dual Credit columns. Previously, it showed null when the credit value was 0.
PSSR-362457	SCDE Student CTE Page Updates	A new validation has been added to ensure that the Certification Admin Year of a passed (Y) certification is greater than or equal to the Certification Admin Year of any previous failed (N) attempt for the same certification. If this condition is not met, an error is displayed during data input.
PSSR-352848	SCDE Update - Including VOC 2 in reports	The new VOC 2 EFA code has been incorporated into the following reports: EFA/EIA Initialization EFA/EIA Query EFA/EIA Setup
PSSR-352846	SCDE Update - Including VOC 2 in Reports - SC07	The new VOC 2 EFA code has been successfully integrated into funding reports for SC07.
PSSR-352842	SCDE Update : Including VOC 2 in reports - SC01 and SC06	The new EFA code, VOC 2 has been added to the SC01 and SC06 reports.
PSSR-352843	SCDE Update : Including VOC 2 in reports - SC04 and SC05	Incorporated New VOC 2 EFA Code Into Funding Reports - SC04 and SC05.
PSSR-362455	SCDE Updates to Course Page	The note on the Credit Type field under the SC Additional Course Information section of the Courses page has been updated. The note has been changed from no spaces to separate using commas, no spaces.
PSSR-362458	SCDE Updates to Precode Page	Precode page updates: The Career Readiness Grade 12 field label has been changed to Career Readiness Grade 12 – Fall. A new field, Career Readiness Grade 12 – Spring has been added.
PSSR-365727	Student Information Page Updates	The following updates have been made to the SC Student Information page: The field label, English Proficiency Levels (PL) has been changed to English Proficiency Level. The following English Proficiency values have been disabled: A1 - Initiating, A2 - Exploring, A3 - Engaging. New English Proficiency values have been added: AL1 - Entering (Stored Value: AL1) and AL2 - Emerging (Stored Value: AL2). These values will be initialized each year. For the WIDA Alternate ACCESS assessment (Init_testtype = ALT), the following ELP Scores (init_testscore) have been disabled: A1, A2, A3, P1, P2. New ELP Scores have been added: 1 - Entering, 2 - Emerging, 3 - Developing, 4 - Expanding, 5 - Bridging.
PSSR-362459	Student Information Page Updates	SSI – Supplemental Support Identification is added as an option in the English Proficiency drop-down list on the student page without initializing the value during the initialization process. Modified the Moved To School dropdown with new, closing, and school name changes for the school year.
PSSR-362460	Student Not Tested Page Updates	Term Dropdown Display: The term dropdown has been modified to display under the Test Missed label and dropdown if the Test Category is High School College and Career Readiness. Validation Modification: The validation on the Term field for the Middle/High School End-of-course category has been modified. The validation will not flag if the reason for not testing is 009- Transfer Student (EOCEP only).
