The schoolId of Location reference will display orgid (four-digit district number + school number).

Ed-Fi: Implementations Updated as a Result of Change in Field Length of Course Number and Course Name

Below are updates to the Ed-Fi resources due to the change in the field length of Course Number and Course Name. The following elements' field length has been trimmed to 60 characters because in ODS it will accept upto 60 characters:

• Courses: Title

• Courseoffering: LocalCourseTitle

• Sections: LocalCourseTitle

• CourseTranscripts: CourseTitle and AlternativeCourseTitle

Increased the length of the below columns in CST_STG_CENROLL_ASS_TMP

• Course_number

• section_number

Below updates were made to the Ed Fi Dashboard

• Courses: Course Number column will display the full course number and will no longer restrict the display to 8 characters

• Courses, Sections, Courseoffering: Course Name will now display the full Course Name

Updated package EDFI_SC_LIB_BODY.sql -- FUNCTION getStateCourseCode () to be able to publish courseLevelCharacteristicDescriptors
