SCDE Student Page Changes for Diploma/Credentials

SCDE Student Page Changes:

Modified the following labels and added the dropdown value “G – State of SC Diploma AND Employability Credential“ to both the labels:

• Diploma Earned to Diploma/Credential Earned

• Diploma Type (for Transcript) to Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript)

The following validations are added:

1. Diploma/Credential Earned (DiplomaEarnCode) must be G or blank when Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) is G.

   • Error Message: The Diploma/Credential Earned field must be G.
     ##Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be E or G when Instructional Setting is not SE, SR, or SP.

   • Error Message: The Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be E or G.

2. Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be F or G when Diploma Ordered is F.

   • Error Message: The Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be F or G.

3. Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be G when Diploma/Credential Earned is G.

   • Error Message: The Diploma/Credential Type (for Transcript) must be G.

Student Precode Page Changes are made as follows:

1. The following values are now read-only in the ELA Oral/Signed Admin drop-down list to prevent users from selecting the options.

   • OS1 – Oral/Signed Admin Script (ELA Session1/EOCEP Writing)

   • OS2 – Oral/Signed Admin Script (ELA Session2/EOCEP Writing)

   • OS12 – Oral/Signed Admin Script (ELA Session1&2/EOCEP Writing)

2. The following OS – Oral/signed Administration Script values are now read-only in the following dropdown boxes to prevent users from selecting the option.

   • Math Oral/Signed Administration Script

   • Science Oral/Signed Admin

   • Social Studies Oral/Signed Admin
