Health Report: Version 1.2
The Report has been updated and will now pull the Display Value (rather than the State Name) when outputting Vision & Hearing (Color Blindness and Outcome)screening results.

Medication List Report: Version 2.0

The Medication List report updated and now runs and completes as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

SC01 EFA/EIA Data Verification: Version 3.16

The default parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC01 EFA/EIA Data Verification" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC03 Cumulative Class List: Version 2.6

The default parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC03 Cumulative Class List" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC04 Daily Activities Log: Version 1.9

The default parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC04 Daily Activities Log" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC10 District Summary Report: Version

The default parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC10 District Summary Report" when the default value is set for parameters.

New Field label and textbox control are added when a user selects ‘OTH – Other’ from the “Language First Acquired,” “Language Spoken Most Often,” “Primary Home Language,” “Oral Communication Language,” and “Written Communication Language” fields.

Validation is added that requires a user to enter data in the new Other Language textbox, if ‘OTH’ is selected. Error Message displayed if not provided is "You MUST enter an Other Language value".

Following changes for English Proficiency:

• 10 – 3K EL Status Pending to 10 – 3K ML Status Pending
• 11 – 4K EL Status Pending to 11 – 4K ML Status Pending

Following Status changes when English Proficiency is 8:

• Former EL to Former ML
• Never EL to Never ML

Following changes to the ELP Initial Assessment Box:

• When the ELP Assessment is Alternate ACCESS:
  • ELP Score: activated the P1 and P2
  • ELP Score: Disabled P3
• When the ELP Assessment is K W-APT
  • ELP Score: activated C2 and C4

ELP Assessment: Changed display label from WIDA Screener to WIDA Screener (K-12)

Removed “** Truncate score to integer for accountability purposes.” from the description under the ELP Initial Assessment Box.

Changes made to the drop-down values of the Certification Administration field, as per the provided values.

Returning to US School and US Re-Entry Date labels and controls are not to be present on the Enrollment Information section of the ESOL page.
