Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0

Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes:

• Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record.

• Added second email address.

• Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert.

• Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table.

• Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields.

• Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.

The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).

1. Concentrator Year 1 and Concentrator Year 2 with options have FA21, SP22.

2. Below Validations are added for Concentrator Year 1.

   • If CTE Concentrator 1 is Y, then CIP Code 1 and Concentrator Year 1 fields must be populated.

   • If CIP Code 1 is populated, then CTE Concentrator 1 must be Y, and Concentrator Year 1 must be populated.

   • If Completer 1 is Y, then the CTE Concentrator 1 must be Y. The CIP Code 1, Completion Year 1, and Concentrator Year 1 fields must also be populated.

   • If the Completion Year 1 field is populated, then Completer 1, CTE Concentrator 1, and Concentrator Year 1, and CIP Code 1 fields must also be populated.

   • If the Concentrator Year 1 field is populated, then CTE Concentrator 1, and CIP Code 1 fields must also be populated.

3. Below Validations is added for Concentrator Year 2.

   • If CTE Concentrator 2 is Y, then CIP Code 2 and Concentrator Year 2 fields must also be populated.
