State Reporting 21.12.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Profile Report: Version: 1.3
The report has been updated and will not display duplicate daily/meeting attendance records in the output. The order of the records has also been updated and the data will display in descending order.

The PowerTeacher Portal's Multi-day Attendance page has been updated and will now honor the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" setting on the Attendance Preferences page.

Common and state CRDC UI Data field updated as per requirement.

Added two new exit codes W41 (South Carolina High School Credential), W42 (Non-Diploma Document) with requested validations.

• Added all the values to the Written Communication Language (ESOL Page) from the Written Communication Language (Student Info page). Both fields will have the same set of data.
• The value selected in Written Communication Language (Student Info page) will be displayed on the ESOL page in disabled mode.

Implemented 21-22 CRDC Report Changes for South Carolina.

Script updated to copy the values from SC specific Gen field to the Legal Suffix field.

Prefix “Preferred” added to Name and Gender fields. A new copy button is added to the Legal suffix to copy from the Gen field.

• Label Changed from ELP Initial Assessment Date label to District Enrollment Date and the asterisk

• The Note ‘*Date of initial screener or date of entry in EL program.” has been removed.
• Disabled the dropdown value ‘K W-APT’ in the ELP Assessment field.
• Added “OCO – Oral Communication” Only option value to Written Communication Language field.

Added “Preferred label” the Name and Gender fields in new student Enroll Page.

Navigation - Student->SC StateInformation->Student Not tested on State Assessment.

When Test Category is ELP Assessment OR ELP Alternate Assessment, The dropdown TestMissed must have the additional value “All Domains”. and the user should be able to select the value and create the record.
