State Reporting 21.4.2.0 Release Notes

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1
As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field.
The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool.

SC06 Membership and Attendance: Version 3.13

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the " SC06 Membership and Attendance" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC08 Master Classification List: Version 4.4

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC08 Master Classification List" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC24 Add-On Weightings Update: Version 1.1.9

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC24 Add-On Weightings" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC28 Add-On Weightings: Version 1.1.2

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC27 Add-On Weightings List" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC33 Delete Add On Weightings Extracts: Version 1.0.0

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the " SC33 Delete Add On Weightings Extracts" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC46 Daily Attendance: Version 1.0.6

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the " SC46 Daily Attendance" Report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC47 Meeting Attendance Report: Version 1.0.6

The Default Parameter will be visible above the Submit button in the "SC47 Meeting Attendance" report when the default value is set for parameters.

SC48 Daily Attendance Validation Report: Version 1.0.3

The Default Parameter Value Saved Message will be populated near Submit button if the default value is defined for parameters.

The following ESOL page label changes are made:

• Home Language Survey(HLS) ELP Initial Assessment - Home Language Survey (HLS) ELP Initial Assessment

• English Learner (EL) Special Program - ESOL Service Years

• EL Program Service Delivery Models - ESOL Program Service Delivery Models (PSDMs)

The new label name for the pop-up window, "Add ESOL Service Year" is added.

Report Name: SC Truancy Update Process: Version No 1.0.9

Default Parameter is visible above the Submit button in "Truancy Update Process" report when the default value is set for parameters.

Report Name: SC05 Daily Activities Summary: Version No 2.0

Default Parameter is visible above the Submit button in the "SC05 Daily Activities Summary" report when the default value is set for parameters.

1. SC Truancy Update Process report should run without fail.

2. SC Truancy Update Process Error List report is created under the SC TRUANCY UPDATE REPORT to show the students impacted by this error.

• Section header “Students Not Tested” is added above the SNT table.

• “Requested Exclusion (documentation to SCDE required)” checkbox is disabled/greyed out when “ELP Assessment” or “ELP Alternate Assessment” is selected for Test Category.

• Checkbox and dropdown fields under “Limited English Proficiency Assessments for Elementary, Middle or High School (All students eligible for these exams)" are disabled.

• Note “Enter Student Not Tested information for the English language proficiency assessment in the table above.” is added at the bottom of the page.
