PSSR-235802	20-21 BOY Automation of the Early Graduate Process (Steps 4-6)	As part of the Automated Early Grad Process, a detailed list of the selected students is displayed and a two-step verification is provided before the actual process begins.
PSSR-235238	Automation of Early Graduate Process (Steps 1-3)	As a part of the Early Graduate Process, following steps are covered in this activity: Early Graduate Process menu setup in Admin page and Group function page. Early Graduate Process page creation. The Early Graduate Process updates the selected students as follows: Archives the current school enrollment record, setting the exit code to EG before the archive. Sets each student's Exit Date according to the date specified. Sets Exit Code to EG on Current Enrollment record after the archive. Sets Exit Comment to "Summer Graduate". Sets the Next Grade to 99. Sets the Next School to 999999 (Graduating Students School). Sets the Schedule This Student (Sched_scheduled) to blank. Populates the Graduated_SchoolID to home school ID. Populates the Grad_SchoolName to the home school name. Graduates students from the district. Sets in Enroll_status to "3" (Graduated).
PSSR-240175	Early Graduate Process Validation to Allow for 12th Grade Only	New validation is added in the Early Graduate Process. This process is applicable only for the 12th Grade Students. If violated, the following error message is displayed. “Invalid Grade: The Graduation Process only applies to students in the 12th grade”.
PSSR-240204	Summer Graduate Process	A new Summer Graduate Process is implemented in SC state under the "Graduation" category. The Summer Graduate Process updates the selected students as follows: Archives the current school enrollment record, setting the exit code to W21 before the archive. Sets each student's Exit Date according to the date specified. Sets Exit Code to W21 on Current Enrollment record after archive. Sets Exit Comment to "Summer Graduate". Sets the Next Grade to 99. Sets the Next School to 999999 (Graduating Students School). Sets the Schedule This Student (Sched_scheduled) to blank. Populates the Graduated_SchoolID to home school ID. Populates the Grad_SchoolName to the home school name. Graduates students from the district. Sets in Enroll_status to "3" (Graduated).
