Report Output

The report sorts truancy data into the following categories:

  • Truant (3 Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences)
  • Truant (5 Non-Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences)
  • Habitually Truant (7 Non-Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences)
  • 10 or More Non-Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences

Note: Students below the age of 12 are only reported in the Truant (3 Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences) or Truant (5 Non-Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences) categories. If a student under the age of 12 continues to accumulate absences, their total number of absences are reported in the Truant (5 Non-Consecutive Full Day Unexcused Absences) category.
