PSSR-313070	All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report Updates	Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2 Additional Reference: PSSR-309600 The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report: The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin. The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.
PSSR-319570	All States/Provinces: Compliance Package Encryption Key Security Updates	Additional References: PSSR-309549, PSSR-309548, PSSR-309547 Common (Compliance) packages have been updated and hard-coded encryption keys have been removed from the database for security reasons.
PSSR-317150	cst_pubAPI Was Incorrectly Using UPPER(NAME) on Prefs Table	Performance improvement changes to read from the prefs table. Changed UPPER(NAME) to Lower(NAME) based on indexes already present.
PSSR-317722	Ed-Fi: Grading Period Codeset Mapping Needs To Be Grouped	The Codeset Mapping page no longer shows Duplicate Grading Period values if there are different names for the same period.
PSSR-313575	Ed-Fi: Resource Discipline Action Has Been Added	A new Ed-fi resource disciplineActions has been added. For every action, a record is published for disciplineAction resource.
PSSR-317604	Ed-Fi: StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociation Resource Added	Added a new resource, Student Discipline Association. Though it is a deprecated resource, this is required to publish the Discipline Action resource.
PSSR-315451	SC01 Data Verification Report Update	SC01 Data Verification Report: Version 3.24 SC01 is updated to exclude Sumer schools if the Exclude Summer School Enrollments flag is selected.
PSSR-310527	SCDE Ed-Fi: CTE Program JSON Rework for Concentrator Fields	The studentCTEProgramAssociation resources logic is updated to publish the records when concentrator Indicator fields are updated.
