Introduction
The fields on the Add-On Weightings tab of the EFA/EIA Classifications page are read-only. Their value is determined by particular settings in fields populated in other places in PowerSchool. The Add-On Weightings Update Report is an SRP report that is run periodically to update the fields on this page.
At the beginning of the school year, the Add-On Weightings Initialization Report is run to set these fields to No. As the information is populated for the school year, the Add-On Weightings Update Report is run to populate these fields with the students' current status. At the time the report is run, any student that has been enrolled at least one day during the school year being processed is included. If there has been a change to the Academic Assistance status, High Achieving status, LEP status, and/or Poverty status, the student record is updated. The historical information for the student displays below the current status.
- Verify that PowerSchool is set to the desired school year. Once started, this process cannot be stopped.
- Verify the dates of school years are not overlapping. If the dates of school years overlap then an error message is displayed with the School ID.
Selection Criteria
- The dates of a school year must not overlap with another school year.
The process runs for students who are currently enrolled in any selected school, or enrolled at any time during the current school year. The process excludes students who have an enrollment entry with the enter date and the exit date as the same date (no shows) in the currently selected school year.

Field | Description |
Select Schools | If run from the District level, use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school for which you want to run the extract. If run from the school level, only the current school is available. |
Run Now | Select this option if the user wants to run the report immediately. |
Schedule | Select this option if the user wants to run this report on a scheduled basis. Once this option is selected the following choices are:

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
