SC32 Add On Weightings District Summary Report

Introduction
This report allows creation of a district summary report for the Add On Weightings Report based on prior data extracts for the currently selected school year.
This report combines all of the data from the individual school extracts and summarizes it at the district level in a one-page report. A second page lists the schools summarized in the report and the dates and times when the extracts were created that are summarized in the report.
Selection Criteria
Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
This report retrieves extract data from the [S_NC_RPTADDONHEADER_S] and [S_NC_RPTADDONEXTRACT_C] database tables based on the following criteria:
- Schools must have created extracts using the SC28 Add On Weightings Report.
- The records must have the same Day Number that the SC32 is being run; or
- The records must be within the same date range that the SC32 is being run.

Field | Description |
As of Day – (Date) | Select the Day from the pop-up menu to run the report. The pop-up menu populates from the calendar setup and displays the Day Number and the Date associated to that Day Number. |
Create Extract | Select Yes to run the report and create the extract. Select No to only run the report. |
Run Now | Select this option if the user wants to run the report immediately. |
Schedule | Select this option if the user wants to run this report on a scheduled basis. Once this option is selected the following choices are:

The following message is displayed above Submit if the default parameter values are used, “Default parameter values are saved for this report. Please review the saved values before clicking submit.”
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. The report will print No Students meet the report criteria if the report is blank. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
Position | Field | Description |
1 | Date | The date the report was processed. |
2 | BEDS Code | This field is calculated by combining the district number and school code. The district number is extracted from the Edit District page, Start Page > District Setup > District Information. The school code is extracted from the Edit School page, Start Page > District Setup > Schools/School Info > Edit School. |
3 | 999 Day Data as of 99/99/9999 | This field contains the end date or day number entered on the report interface page. |
4 | Page | This is the page number. |
5 | District Name | This field contains the name of your school district. This value is extracted from the Edit District page, Start Page > District Setup > District Information. |
6 | Add On Weightings Classification | This field lists the Add On Weightings Classifications a student may be eligible for based on their number of membership days. |
7 | 00 – 12 | This field contains the total number of days of membership in each Add On Weightings Classification, calculated by grade level. |
8 | Row Total | This calculated field is the total number of days of membership for each category in each Add On Weightings Classification. |
9 | Column Total | This calculated field is the total number of days of membership in the Add On Weightings Classification for each grade level. |
10 | ADM | This divides the total number of days’ membership for the Add On Weightings Classification divided by the number of days the report is generated (i.e. if run for day 135, it divides by 135). |
11 | Schools | The list of schools included in this report. |
