SC30 Delete Mem & Att Extracts

Introduction
The purpose of this function is to allow the schools to select previously generated Membership and Attendance Extracts for deletion in SC_EFA_EIA_EXTRACT and SC_EFA_EIA_HEADER tables.
Whenever the SC06 Membership and Attendance report is run with the option to generate a Report and Extract, that data is saved in the SC_EFA_EIA_EXTRACT and SC_EFA_EIA_HEADER tables with the date the extract was generated. The created date/time is stored in the SC_CreateDateTime field in the [SC_EFA_EIA_Header] table.
When the user chooses the appropriate extracts and clicks Submit, a message will appear letting the user know that once you select OK, the deletion of the extracts cannot be stopped.
Note: This report must be run using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 or Google Chrome. SSL must be disabled.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
The SC30 Delete Mem & Att Extracts displays each extract that has been generated with the school name, day number and the date and time it was created in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm: ss for the selected school year.
The user selects one or more report extracts for deletion.
Report Input

Field | Description |
Processing Options | Use the pull-down menu to select a processing option. Use the options to indicate when you want the report to generate.

Specific Date/Time | If “On Specific Time” is chosen for the Processing Options, enter the date and time you want the system to generate the report. |
Please select one or more report extracts for deletion | Each extract is listed specific to the school and term set in PowerSchool. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple extracts in the list. |
