SC48 Attendance Validation Report

Introduction
The SC48 Attendance Validation CSV Report produces a PDF or CSV file which checks for validation issues on student attendance dates where the student is absent more than 50% of the day and state attendance code SC-ETRD, SC-BTRD, SC-UTRD, SC-EDSM, SC-SKIP, SC-UEPN, or SC-LATE is in use.
Section Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
School Selection
- The school must not be excluded from state reporting.
- The school must use Daily Attendance as the default attendance preference.
Student Selection
- The student must not be excluded from state reporting.

Field | Description |
Select Schools | At the District Level:

Select Students | Select which students to include in the report:

Sort By | Select one of the following sort options:

Include Only Students in Grade Levels: | Select the checkbox next to the grade to include students in that grade level in the report. To include students in all grade levels, leave all checkboxes blank. |
Report Output | Select PDF or CSV to indicate which file type to output. |
Start Date | Enter the start date for the reporting period. |
End Date | Enter the end date for the reporting period. |
Run Now | Select this option if the user wants to run the report immediately. |
Schedule | Select this option if the user wants to run this report on a scheduled basis. Once this option is selected the following choices are: Run Once
Repeat
Date Range – Select No End Date or a date that the re-occurrence should end. |
