The new report, Read To Succeed Initialization, is added and it clears all the Read to Succeed data for the selected school & year. This includes the students based on enroll_status: pre-registered (enroll_status=-1), active (enroll_status = 0), and transferred out (enroll_status = 2). The following fields are cleared during this process.

A new Read to Succeed Initialization Process report is added. This report can be found on the State Initialization tab, under the Read to Succeed banner.

SC25 Miscellaneous SC Fields Initialization Report Changes

The initialization report has the following changes now - The initialization process sets the ESOL Program Service Delivery Models (PSDMs) (1-11) and the parent_30_notification to blank. The Engl_Prof initialization has been changed to set the M4 values to 8 with a status of former EL instead of blank.

SC41 – Parameter Added for Virtual Learning Program Students

SC41 Truancy School Detail Report: Version 1.1.0

A new parameter to select Virtual Learning Program students with the drop-down values “No-include all students” and “Yes-SBAVRL students only” has been added.

If the parameter of ‘Yes – SBAVRL Students Only’ is selected, the report returns students within the selected school with an SBAVRL special programs code, and selecting ‘No’ results in including all students.
