As part of this ticket, we have added an Ed-Fi dependency for Student Unique ID to the CTE program resources.

Updated the Student Education Organization Associations Resource with new mapping values for electronicMailTypeDescriptor and electroncMailAddress.

Mapping for InternetAccessTypeInResidenceDescriptor is already implemented and there are no new changes.

The U_SCDE_STU_X table is part of the SCDE customizations plugin so all districts should have this table.
