SC43 Truancy List
Introduction
The SC 43 Truancy List displays recent and historical truancy data at the student level and displays the students resulting from the most recently run Truancy Update Process. This list is not a report but can be used to view data and make student selections.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are shown in the list.
Student Selection
To view updated records in the SC Truancy List, the Truancy Update Process must be run.
The student must be flagged as Truant by the Truancy Update Process.
The student must be between the ages of 6 years and 16 years 11 months.
Truancy List
The list displays students who are considered truant.
Click Make these students the current selection to select all truant students for state reporting purposes.
Each of the fields displayed in the truancy list is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in this table.
