All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output

• The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run.

• If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.

The CRDC Report from the System Report has now been removed to avoid confusion. The CRDC Reports are only available for the required states under the Compliance Reports or the State Reports screen.

The logic of DISC-23 has been fixed and it will no longer consider a student who doesn’t have the race/ethnicity or a gender entered.

Ed-Fi: Inactive Student Publishing

Introduced a new enhancement for SC Ed-Fi that allows districts to publish Student Identification and Student Enrollments via Ed-Fi for inactive students from previous years. This can be managed using the "Exclude this student from Ed-Fi Publishing" flag on a student’s South Carolina State Information Page.

• By default, this flag will be set to Yes for all inactive students not included in the current year's Ed-Fi publishing.

• To include an inactive student from previous years in Ed-Fi publishing in the current year, districts can set the "Exclude this student from Ed-Fi Publishing" flag to No.

Note: This enhancement does not alter the current functionality of Ed-Fi publishing. It simply adds an additional feature, enabling users to publish inactive students if needed.

As part of this enhancement, only Student Identification and Student Enrollments will be published for these students. Additional resources will be included in future releases.

Do not modify this flag unless you are certain it is necessary.

Updated the state codes on the Incident Management Duration Code 30 minutes^ to show as 30 MIN instead of 30M.

If a value is selected for CTE Placement Code on the SC Career & Technical Education Data Entry page, an indicator will be published in the Demographics resource with the indicator name “CTE Placement Code” and the corresponding value selected on the SC Career & Technical Education Data Entry page.

SCDE Ed-Fi: Updates to Student Assessments Resource

Updated the eventCircumstanceDescriptorId on Student Assessments to publish “Requested Exclusion” if the Requested Exclusion (documentation to SCDE required) checkbox is selected for a test record on the Students not Tested on State Assessments page, and “No Exclusion Requested” if the checkbox is not selected.
