The Yearly Medication Administration Report output was not displaying all the behavior codes associated with an incident correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Ed-Fi Framework: Fix for JSON View Not Opening After First Click

Resolved an issue in Data Exchange > Data Publishing screen where the JSON viewing element (green tick mark) for all resources failed to function after the first use. Previously, users could open the JSON once, but subsequent clicks would not reopen it unless the page were refreshed. This fix ensures that the JSON can be viewed multiple times without requiring a page reload.

Ed-Fi: Fix for Incident Save Error Due to Duplicate Duration Code and Subcode

Resolved an issue where the duration code “^{Truancy - Remainder of School Year}” had identical values for both the code and subcode, causing errors when attempting to save incidents for some customers. The fix updates the subcode to “Truancy - Remainder of School Year^” (removing the leading caret) to differentiate it from the code, thereby allowing users to save the incident successfully.

Note: After applying this fix, districts must run the "Load Incident Code/Subcode" option from the District Info page to ensure the updated values are loaded into the system.

Ed-Fi: Updated to Grading Period Resource

Updated the mapping logic for the gradingPeriodName element to handle cases where a section is not marked as full-year but includes a final grade. This change prevents the “The value supplied for the related 'GradingPeriod' resource does not exist” error in the Grades resource during Ed-Fi publishing with such configurations.

Ed-Fi: Update to Actions Resource

The publishing of Actions will no longer reference the Exclude from State Reporting (State_ExcludeFromReporting) flag. This flag is not displayed and will not be referenced. This update aligns the publishing logic for Actions with other Ed-Fi resources.
