State Reporting 25.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-385446	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 25.1	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.1 or later. PSSR-391344	SC46, 47, EFA/EIA Setup and EFA/EIA Funding Extract - Changes	SC46/SC47 Page Issue - A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue where the SC46 and SC47 pages were not loading at the district level, but were accessible at the school level. These pages now load correctly across both levels. EFA/EIA Setup and Funding Extract Navigation Panel - The left navigation panel has been restored on the EFA/EIA Setup and EFA/EIA Funding Extract pages.
PSSR-397796	SCDE Cohort Maintenance Worksheet Changes	The following minor label updates have been made to the Student’s Cohort Maintenance Worksheet under Section E: “Student Received High School Diploma?” has been updated to “Student Received High School Diploma (numerator)?” “Student Should Remain in Cohort?” has been updated to “Student Should Remain in Cohort (denominator)?”
PSSR-388855	SCDE Update : Incident Management Code Updates	The following codes have been added to the Incident Management Module in SIS, and their corresponding Ed-Fi descriptors have been mapped accordingly: Behavior Code : 285- Stealing Hearing Action Subcodes DPH – Due Process Hearing HMR – Related to Disabilities HMN – Non-related to Disabilities Note: For these updates to reflect in their SIS, districts will have to load the Incident Management code/subcodes from the District info page.
PSSR-388674	SCDE Update: LEP Field Description Updates on SC Add-on Weightings Page	The description for the LEP indicator on the SC Add-on Weightings page has been updated. The values A1, A2, and A3 have been removed from the description, and AL1 and AL2 have been added.
PSSR-388673	SCDE Update: Updates to SC24 Add on Weightings Update Report Processing	The SC24 Add-on Weightings Update Report has been modified to reflect updated LEP criteria. The system has been updated to consider AL1 and AL2 as valid indicators along with 1-5, 6.0, and no longer considers A1, A2, and A3. During the Add-on Weighting Update process, the LEP_Eligibility_Ind field in the S_SC_Stu_AddonWtgs_C table is set to ‘Y’ for students who meet the updated criteria.
