Ed-Fi: Org Info Resource Category - Performance Updates

Programs such as WBL, CTE, ESOL, Homeless Program, Special Education, and Title I Part A have been configured to publish statically within the Programs resource in Organization Info. This change has eliminated the previous dependency on student enrollment records for these programs, which was required to trigger publishing.

This enhancement aligns with the existing approach used for EFA and Food Programs, which already publish a static list.

Ed-Fi: Enhanced Attendance Resource Publishing Based on Student Selection

An enhanced publishing option has been introduced for the Attendance Resource category, enabling users to publish data to Ed-Fi for selected students only.

This streamlines workflows by removing the need for manual republishing or full-category publishing when targeting individual or multiple students.

Once students are selected on the home page, users can navigate to Data Exchange and use the new Publish Selection option under Data Publishing Options while scheduling the Attendance Resource. This enhancement aligns with similar capabilities already available for non–on-demand student resources such as Identification, Enrollments, Contacts, Sections, Programs, Assessments, and Student Discipline, ensuring a consistent and efficient publishing experience.
