All States/Provinces: Ability to Favorite the Reports

Admins can now mark all types of Reports available under Compliance and Systems Reports as favorites.

The Office Visit Details report output is updated to return a message indicating “No records are found” if none of the students in the report have qualifying Office Visit records.

Additionally, the report description has been updated to include the following verbiage:

The Student Discipline Actions resource has the following enhancements:

  Now pulls values from the Assigned Duration field of an Action within an Incident.

  Now pulls values from the Actual Duration field of an Action within an Incident.

The Student Discipline Behavior resource has been updated with the following enhancements:

• The behaviorDetailedDescription field has been updated to reflect the status of the Primary Behavior checkbox:

  • If selected, the description now ends with:
    "_Primary Behavior Code_YES"

  • If unchecked, the description ends with:
    "_Primary Behavior Code_NO"
    (appended to the existing value being sent)

The mapping for disciplineIncident Incident description has been updated to additionally reflect the Actual Resolution dates.

SCDE Ed-Fi: Discipline Resources Updates to weaponDescriptor

As part of this update, weaponDescriptors will now appear in a 'Code-Subcode' format when subcodes are selected in the Incident's Object section.

Also, a new field, “relatedToZeroTolerancePolicy” will be included in the Discipline Action resource based on the action details selected in the UI.

These changes follow the SCDE guidelines.

SCDE Ed-Fi: Exclude from Ed-Fi Flag reset on Rollover

With this update, the 'Exclude from Ed-Fi' flag will automatically be set to 'Yes' for all inactive students after rollover.

Note: This process runs automatically after rollover every year, no action is needed from districts.
