Incident Management Discipline Report - New

Incident Management Discipline: Version 1.0

A new report is created to list discipline that is created in Incident Management. Students will appear on this report when the following is true:

The Incident Type has a caret (^) in the description.
There is a Behavior Code that has a State Report Code.
The ‘(MSDS) Exclude from State Reporting^’ Attribute is not selected.
