AzEDS: Student Programs Begin Date Prior to Student’s Entry Date Cannot Be Deleted

AzEDS publishing logic is updated to allow deletion or updates of Student Programs if the begin date is prior to the student school entry date.

Ed-Fi: Exclude from Ed-Fi on Students Is Not Working Correctly

Ed-Fi will now base publishing of student's records on the Exclude From Ed-Fi option and will ignore the Exclude from State Reporting option.

Ed-Fi is updated to correctly handle special characters that may appear as part of a district's key or secret.

Ed-Fi: Student Records Continuously Publish Causing Errors in the State ODS

When a student has transferred from one district to another, the first district is not authorized by the state to update their student record any longer. Previously, these records would result in dependencies that would continuously try to publish causes multiple errors in the State ODS. The system will now detect a student record that has successfully published in the past and will mark the record as published if the state returns an unauthorized error.

TSDL - Update

The report is updated to select the mapped completion status with the highest alpha value when a Grade Scale and Special Codes Grade Scale are linked. Previously, the report was failing when the same grade was mapped in a Grade Scale and Special Codes Grade Scale.
